Famous streaming site Netflix has added a “Top 10” row to its homepage which primarily aims to help their subscribers keep up with the trending or most popular TV shows and movies on the platform.
“This new row – complete with its own special design – will enable you to see what is most popular on Netflix in your country. It will be updated every day and the position of the row will vary depending on how relevant the shows and films are to you.” The company explained in their latest blog post.
In addition, TV series and movies that make to the “Top 10” lists will also have a special badge that would be visible wherever they appear on the streaming site.
And in case you are wondering – “Top 10” is different from the “Popular on Netflix”.
“Popular on Netflix” is a rundown at what’s popular on the streamer right now based on people who have the same interests as you do. On the other hand, the new “Top 10” feature is an overview of the most trending content on the platform.
