On February 28, 2020, The Rose demanded to nullify their exclusive contracts with their current agency, J&Star Company, due to failure to lack of payment, breakdown of trust, and violation of exclusive contract.

However, the said agency claimed that The Rose statements are false and would consider to take legal actions.
